I was beyond excited when Plume Science contacted me asking if they could send me their brand new Nourish & Define Brow Pomade; they also generously sent me a replacement of my favorite ever Lash & Brow Enhancing Serum. (Oh, and when I say I was beyond excited I mean, literally jumping up and down).
Sculpt. Fill. Nourish.
The ingredients are so nourishing compared to most brow fillers & pomades, with the intent to help promote new growth to your natural brows. It’s infused with some of the same nutrients as their amazing Lash & brow enhancing serum.
They claim that it is highly pigmented, easy to apply and long wearing.
I chose Chestnut Decadence. It’s the perfect match! I think I may want to try Cinnamon Cashmere as it a bit more of a rich brown. It would give a different look.
This brow pomade is super creamy. I find it to be very long lasting and fills the brows flawlessly. It is also easy to apply.
The key is to be very light handed when applying it, a little goes a long way. I usually apply a very tiny amount onto the brush that comes with the pomade (which is a an amazing double-ended brush). I then kinda swipe it on the back of my hand, wiping off the excess. Then I start applying on the outer end then work toward the middle and then the start of my brow. After applying the pomade I brush through my brows with the spoolie end of the brush to create a more natural appearance, that is what I personally like, but you can easily create a more dramatic look with these pomades. These are very forgiving, yet stay put.
I never liked to deal with my brows or fill them in.
Too much work or my eyebrows end up being wayyy to dark or drastic looking for me. But that has not been the case with this one, thus far. I really love how well this fills in the brows. Because I over plucked my brows when I was younger, I have a couple areas that are damaged and won’t grow back, so my right eyebrow is my favorite lol I think. I know, I know… “brows are supposed to be sisters, not twins.” But when using this, I am able to fill in those areas quickly and flawlessly, while still giving me a natural look. Plus, I can be confident knowing that it’s not only is it 100% natural, but that it is also nourishing and promoting growth.
This has definitely been my go to brow pomade, and would recommend it to anyone searching for one.

Just wanted to write a little update now that I have been able to use this pomade quite a bit! I really love the way it looks and fills in. I think I may need to try the shade: Cinnamon Cashmere, I think it may match a little better (or maybe mix the two). So, I am finding that it works the best when my eyebrows are shaped/cleaned up. I notice when I am growing my brows out or haven’t cleaned them up in while and try to fill in the sparse areas it doesn’t seem to stay as well, probably because it doesn’t have anything to “grip to.”
It does take some time getting used to the consistency – its quite different than other pomades Ive tried – it’s nice and creamy. (I am still just getting used to filling in my brows in general though haha, so I am learning). I have found at times when I would apply it to “bald” patches and then brush it with the spoolie it would just come off. A little tip I have learned – seems to help – is to apply the pomade and then wait a little bit before brushes them out.
Also, a little goes a longggg way. I like to start at the arch of my brow and then underneath, above and in the middle of the brow with the most color, then I work on the end and the whatever is leftover to fill in the front. This pomade does has amazing color staying power, but I don’t feel it keeps my brow hairs “held down” like a stickier pomade or a gel may – but I could always get a clear brow gel to apply on top if I really wanted.
